http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp/22887506#22887506

Here we go!

Thank you. Wonderful reception. Thank you to Michelle and the Girls.
Huge applause.

We have already seen the transcript. So this live commentary will be more about reaction and feeling...

Thanks to the under appreciated campaign manager.

Thanks to grandma! Sitting in Hawaii. Poured everything she had into me. Tonight is for Her!

54 contests, thousands of miles, millions of voters. You chose change and greatest hopes. End of one journey, Beginning of another.
(goosebumps and applause)

Because of you, I will be the Democratic Nominee of the USA. (crowd goes wild)

Tonight want to thank all the fellow candidates. Great field we should be proud. Esp. of Hillary, She has made history. She is a leader that inspires millions.

Recap of her history, and what motivates her. Unyielding desire to improve the lives of ordinary Americans.

We owe our children a better future. 'Nuf Said.
Let us unite!

booing the GOP.
We honor the service of John McCain. I respect his accomplishments even if he chooses to deny mine.

McCain Does not represent Change.
IN.ANY.WAY

We cannot stay in Iraq for 100 years.
We must start leaving.
Time to rebuild our military and take care of our vets. (hear hear!)

The pivot has happened and we are now seeing the first speech of the 2008 general election.

Defining Change, defining the issues that we will be fighting for over the next 5 months. Nice nod to Clinton as president, shared responsibility and prosperity in the Clinton years.

Slams McCain for all the talk of visiting Iraq, maybe he should go visit our own cities and towns struggling.

Now talking about schools, and busting McCain for leaving our kids behind.

Yes we can... yes we can... crowd is very very very fired up, and it is a huge crowd.

He is looking forward to the debate, (me too) We won't be about a fear, division, wedge issues. Patriotism is not a bludgeon. No Politics of polarization. We are Americans first. Always Americans first. We need to find common ground to fight for common causes.

He is doing a great job, making the case. United by common challenges and common hopes.

So it was for that band of patriots who declared in a Philadelphia hall the formation of a more perfect union; and for all those who gave on the fields of Gettysburg and Antietam their last full measure of devotion to save that same union.

So it was for the Greatest Generation that conquered fear itself, and liberated a continent from tyranny, and made this country home to untold opportunity and prosperity.

So it was for the workers who stood out on the picket lines; the women who shattered glass ceilings; the children who braved a Selma bridge for freedom's cause.

So it has been for every generation that faced down the greatest challenges and the most improbable odds to leave their children a world that's better, and kinder, and more just.

And so it must be for us
.
And so we bring you, President Barack Hussein Obama. Let's get busy.

Hillary Speaking Live Now in NY

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp/22887506#22887506

Nice opening recognition of Obama and his supporters.
Now talking about breaking barriers. Fans Very excited!

Naming her supporters by categories, and passion. Some unruly shouting but she is doing a nice job.

She is making the case that she has the support to get the electoral votes in Nov. From the swing states.

She is making the case that they did the right thing, staying in while "pundits and Nay-sayers" said to get out. Record voters, across every state.

"Committed to Uniting our Party."

Talking about what she has seen through this primary, and how Pres. Bush does not see any of is and any of our problems.

"None of you is invisible to me, you never have been."

"A lot of people are asking, "what does Hillary want?" End war, health care, education. And the 18 million Americans who voted for me to be respected and heard and to no longer be invisible."

Supporters are calling Denver, Denver, Denver...

Mentioning Catholic supporter who gave her a rosary.

Naming all the states she has won/ winning.

She will be making, NO DECISIONS TONIGHT. Huge Applause. Go to my website and share your thoughts. She will be consulting with leaders to determine the best way to move forward.

Thank you...

Thanked her campaign, and her family, and mom, who will be 89 tomorrow!

Last story, voter she met in SD. "What are you going to do to make sure I have health care?" Shameful that someone like this voter could have these problems. I will keep faith with her and everyone I met...

Standing near statue of Liberty, the fallen towers, a constant reminder.
We embrace all of our people. We can do it together. (me paraphrasing)

God bless you, and God bless America.
