Good BAD For You Food Open Thread

In an effort to be healthy and lose a few pounds before I go to Europe and eat like crazy in Dec. I am trying to eat lower carb and healthy... But this week in particular as the weather turns cool and my appetite comes back I am being tempted by all my favorite Good-Bad Food!

One of the big temptations this week as been going through Shibuya and NOT stopping at the Krispy Kreme that opened up there a month ago!
