Welcome New Staff Writer

I am pleased to welcome Drbopperthp as a Group News Blog Staff Writer.

He will no doubt eventually introduce himself. As I recall it took Maggie months to introduce herself. MB I don't think ever did. TLG did after perhaps a few weeks. These things take time.

Anyway, Drbopperthp has been with us since The News Blog days. He loves Jen and was a good friend of Steve. We love him dearly. His bio is up in About Us.

Hola, send me money

Last week, I helped some people in my VFW post make sure one of our
members, who served in not one, but two wars, get the plane he needed
to get to the hospital he needed, to get a surgery he needed. It was
not easy. We called in favors, we pushed some people to give a lot,
and we pushed everyone to give at least a little. And we were able to
help one of our own.

This is what it's all about.

We (LM, Doc, Mrs R. Evan, TLG and I) want to do the best blogging we can and we need to fundraise a little to make sure that we are in a position to do that.

So... please, if you can, cough it up.
